Wendy Nadel, Principal

Wendy Nadel is an accomplished social entrepreneur.  Throughout her 35+ year career in the not-for-profit sector,  Wendy has held every seat at the table –  executive director, program director, development officer, board member, researcher, writer and mentor.  Wendy has been the founder of several successful ventures and has held numerous leadership roles that showcase her vision, commitment and expertise.

Until stepping down in 2019, Wendy served for twelve years as the founding Executive Director of Yonkers Partners in Education (YPIE), an organization that partners with Yonkers public school students to ensure they are ready for, enroll in, and complete college.  Prior to YPIE, Wendy worked for numerous national and grassroots organizations as both a staff member and consultant, guiding both professionals and boards to achieve maximal program and fundraising outcomes.  She has served on numerous boards including the Emory University Alumni Board, and is currently serving on the Boards of the Westchester Community College FoundationChild Advocates of CT (CAC) and Grad Bag.  In 2014, Wendy was named one of the 175 History Makers of Emory University.
